Creating Handouts in PowerPoint
Many presenters use PowerPoint's "Notes" feature
to create speaker notes. Did you know that you can also use these notes to create detailed
handouts for an audience? You can create custom handouts from speaker notes. These notes
can contain slides and notes, slides only, or notes only. It's all up to you!
To create handouts
- Open the PowerPoint presentation.
- From the View menu, select Master > Handout Master.
- Select the desired layout on the Handout Master toolbar.
- From the File menu, select Print.
- In the Print dialog, select the number of slides you want to appear on the handout.
Then, click OK.
